VALVE SERVICES – TEST FACLITIES
Valve Services Ltd provide a full valve overhaul, repair and testing service from our dedicated workshop based in the North East of England, we offer this service for all types of valves:
Our in house Testing Facilities allow our multi-skilled, qualified team of valve technicians to test and certify Safety Valves up to API 527 Standard
Our test rigs allow us to test Hydrostatically test valves.
TESTING
Valves are set against calibrated standard test gauges and certified in accordance with all relevant test specifications.
We provide Hydrostatic, Nitrogen and Compressed Air Testing
Safety Valves are seat leak tested to comply with API 527
Pressure tested valves are accompanied with a VSL Test Certificate
